You will join the Cheminformatics and Metabolism team at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) located at the Wellcome Genome Campus near Cambridge in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a <a href=\"http:\/\/ig14.i-grasp.com\/\/fe\/tpl_embl01.asp?newms=jj&amp;id=53939&amp;aid=15470\" target=\"_blank\">full-time project manager<\/a>, a <a href=\"http:\/\/ig14.i-grasp.com\/\/fe\/tpl_embl01.asp?newms=jj&amp;id=53938&amp;aid=15470\" target=\"_blank\">senior bioinformatician<\/a> and a <a href=\"http:\/\/ig14.i-grasp.com\/\/fe\/tpl_embl01.asp?newms=jj&amp;id=53940&amp;aid=15470\" target=\"_blank\">software engineer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is a project with a budget of \u20ac8M, distributed over 13 partners with about 830 person-months \/ 65 deliverables scheduled over a 3-year period. The PhenoMeNal project will develop and deploy an integrated, secure, permanent, on-demand service-driven, privacy-compliant and sustainable e-infrastructure for the processing, analysis and information-mining of the massive amount of medical molecular phenotyping and genotyping data that will be generated by metabolomics applications now entering research and clinic.<\/p>\n<p>The EBI is part of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) and it is a world-leading bioinformatics centre providing biological data to the scientific community with expertise in data storage, analysis and representation.
